Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DHL or Wakilni or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally. International orders on average may take around 7 to 60 days in transit time.
Order Tracking
Whenever an order you placed through Technomec ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation through email or SMS with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the appropriate email address and/or phone number provided during the checkout process.
Offered Shipping Speeds
Technomec may be able to provide you with varying shipping speeds as offered by DHL or Wakilni. All available shipping speeds will be shown during checkout. The speeds presented are strictly dependent upon DHL or Wakilni.

All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days for orders in geographic Lebanon. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless agreed upfront with the client. If we are experiencing a high volume of requests, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Charges may apply as per selected shipping agent (DHL or Wakilni). Delivery delays can occasionally occur. There is no minimum charge to qualify for free shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Our website www.technomec-lb.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the client (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Our website www.technomec-lb.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In rare cases, we do compensate clients on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
