Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase at Technomec. Your satisfaction is very important to us.  However, if you’re not happy with your product, allow us to help you with a return or  replacement.  Normally, items purchased in our store or on www.technomec-lb.com may be  returned or exchanged under the conditions set forth by Technomec. 

Terms and Conditions of Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: 

The right to return or exchange a product, or refund a purchase, shall be deemed  correctly exercised once the following terms and conditions are honored: 

a) Technomec has been informed of client’s request for return, exchange, or refund within 24 hours following the purchase of the products; 

b) The products, deemed by Technomec, have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

c) The products, deemed by Technomec, maintain factory setting/default conditions as when purchased; 

d) The products, deemed by Technomec, are returned in their original packaging;

e) The products, deemed by Technomec, is proven to have manufacturer-originated defects or damages; 

f) The products, deemed by Technomec, are not tampered with by the client; 

g) The products are physically returned to Technomec’s showroom within three (3) days following client’s original request.

If all terms and conditions set forth by Technomec are met, client is entitled to either a return, exchange, or refund based on their unique case. However, there rarely may be an exception to the rule, left solely to the discretion of Technomec. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted upon the receipt of your request and fulfillment of the aforementioned terms and conditions.

Return Shipping: 

Having all terms and conditions met, you may choose to ship your returns to Technomec using a shipping service which you prefer, bearing the full costs at your own account. 

Return Process: 

Following your initial request, with respect to the outlined timeframe, we recommend that you visit our showroom in order to engage in the return process and investigate the causes of your request. 

Refunds: 

Having all terms and conditions met, all refund operations can only be accepted upon the discretion of Technomec. Any or all incurred duties, taxes, and delivery fees shall no be refunded. 

Exceptions: 

Technomec reserves the right to determine an exception for certain cases and requests related to the return or exchange of a product, or refund of a purchase.
